1. General Policy
- Once purchased, products cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing fault or delivery damage.
- We encourage customers to carefully check product details before placing an order.
2. Faulty or Damaged Products
- If a product is found faulty or damaged upon delivery, Kaththokra Studio will take full responsibility.
- We will arrange pickup, repair, or replacement at no extra cost to the customer.
- The process may take 5–15 business days, depending on the situation.
3. Customer-Caused Damage
- If damage occurs due to misuse, mishandling, or after delivery, Kaththokra Studio will assist in repairing the product.
- In such cases, the repair cost + transportation charges will be borne by the customer.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order furniture.
- Products that have been used after delivery and show no manufacturing defects.
